Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Banker for almost 2 years, and then as a Technical Specialist for US clients for over a year. As a Virtual Assistant, I'm really good at helping people and solving problems.
I know how to use lots of different computer programs and tools, like Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and communication tools like Zoom or Skype. I'm really good at learning new things, so if there's a new program or tool I need to use, I can pick it up quickly.
