As a Data Entry Specialist, I efficiently manage and organize large sets of information while ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records. I am skilled in creating structured databases, validating data, and presenting information in a clear and usable format.
To provide a visual representation of my work, I am pleased to present sample screenshots of data entry projects I successfully completed using Google Sheets and Excel. Each project demonstrates my ability to organize information, maintain data accuracy, and apply proper formatting for ease of use and analysis.
For the Customer Database, I compiled detailed customer profiles that include personal information, purchase history, order details, and special notes. I formatted the spreadsheet for clarity, applied data validation for consistency, and used sorting and filters to ensure efficient navigation and data retrieval.

I also created a Customer Mortgage List containing 20 entries with information such as Customer ID, gender, salary, location, and mortgage outstanding. This dataset highlights my ability to handle financial-related data while ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper categorization.

MS POWERPOINT PROFICIENCY
Throughout my college years, I developed strong skills in using Microsoft PowerPoint as part of my academic requirements and project reports. I have experience creating professional, organized, and visually engaging presentations. The sample screenshot slide showcased below is one of the presentation I prepared, demonstrating my ability to design clear layouts, structure information effectively, and apply consistent formatting to support my reports.

GOOGLE FORMS PROFICIENCY
During my college days, our instructor required us to present reports and create a quiz based on our assigned topic. Using Google Forms, I designed a clear and structured assessment and distributed it to my classmates for them to answer. This experience helped me become proficient in creating digital quizzes, organizing questions effectively, and managing responses using online tools.

These projects collectively reflect my skills in data entry, organization, spreadsheet formatting, and database creation, as well as my proficiency in MS PowerPoint from creating well-structured reports and presentations during college, and my experience using Google Forms to design and distribute quizzes based on our assigned topics. They show my strong attention to detail, accuracy in inputting information, and ability to consolidate various types of data into clear, professional spreadsheets. Through these tasks, I strengthened my proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel—key tools in delivering high-quality data entry work.
