• On my first account, I’m responsible to place order for Continuous Glucose Monitoring Device and its components to make sure that our Diabetes Patients make it easier for them to track their blood sugar levels through day and night.
• Getting their insurance information and running Benefit Investigation to see if they have coverage for our device and it will help our patient to lessen their expenses.
• Collect and review their medical document to make sure patient is eligible to use the device and make sure insurance documents are all filled out correctly before submitting to our insurance team.
• Giving good to know information to our new and existing patients like How it works, how to order, proper way of usage, basic troubleshooting on the device and answering all their general Inquiries.
• On my current account, I’m responsible for setting appointment for services to our dental clinics.
• Placing order for our Clear aligner product, retainer, and oral care ancillaries and making sure that they get their orders on time.
• Attending to customers need and concern whenever they have general inquiries, billing disputes and experiencing issues with our product like pain, reaction to the product and fitting issue.
