As a devoted Registered Medical Technologist and Certified International Medical Laboratory Scientist, I bring an exceptional blend of clinical proficiency and a customer-centric approach.
With four years of Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science, including one year of Hospital Internship, I am well-versed in medical terminology, regulations, and procedures. Additionally, I have experience in customer service, which includes working with clients of various nationalities and developing outstanding relationships. Also, I have excellent time management and data entry capabilities and perform different administrative jobs. Lastly, I am dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of support.

My workload is divided into three parts:
(1) Pre-analytical - In this phase, I provide customer service by engaging with the clients and asking about their needs. Then, I check their requisition forms and prepare the materials needed. In this phase, I collect samples such as blood, urine, or semen.
(2) Analytical - I process the patient's samples using different machines depending on the doctor's ordered tests. Also, if devices encounter problems, I troubleshoot.
(3) Post-Analytical - I note the patient's results, analyze them, and encode them in the Laboratory Information System and Hospital Information System. Lastly, I print the results, have the in-charge sign them, and release them to the physician.
Monitors and evaluates the provision of patient services, including the appointment system.
Encode data into the company computer system for processing. Conduct extensive research to gather valuable information.
Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, and take orders.
