As a Medical Virtual Assistant, I was tasked to make Forms for Medical history and ensure accurateness of data entries following data privacy regulations and organizing electronic documents.
In setting Doctor's Appointment, I assist with booking and managing patient appointments for doctors and healthcare providers.
Provide immediate medical care to workers in case of injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur on site. I also stabilizes patients and manages emergency situations until further medical assistance arrives, if needed. I also conduct routine health checks and monitoring of workers to ensure they are fit for their roles, such as vital signs specially their blood pressures. I also work closely with the safety officer to implement health programs and conduct regular safety audit.
In this setting, I prepare and administer COVID-19 vaccines to patients according to guidelines and protocols. I also verify patient information to ensure their eligibility and document vaccine doses administered. After vaccination, I monitor patients post-vaccination for any adverse reactions, including observing for immediate side effects.
I have been a Staff Nurse in a big Hospital in Digos City for 5 years before I delivered my twins. I have served different individuals in different ages and different illnesses. We provide direct patient care like administering medications, monitor vital signs, instill IV lines. I also educate patients on treatment plans and post hospital care.
