• Help ADP's client solve problems for time sensitive issues via chat, email and phone communication.
• Works as the primary client liaison for all employer level concerns and provides first level support predominately over the chat for several complex functional areas pertaining to their payroll .
• Answers basic client questions regarding payroll including processing procedures, deduction/earning set ups and taxes.
• Transfer complex issues regarding their payroll to the rightful department, such as Tax , Amendment and HR Compliance.
• Enter payroll data received via telephone and fax into the payroll processing systems.
• Completes all required information accurately and timely to ensure an accurate payroll for the client
• Assisted customers with various inquiries, website, payment, shipping, policies and complaints.
• Managed quality communication, customer support and product representation for each client.
• Investigate, report and escalate fraudulent issues.
• Process the monthly payroll on a regular basis including employees’ compensation and benefits.
• In charge of processing of employment visa, Labour card, Emirates ID and other employment formalities of all newly hired employees.
• Coordinates directly with the PRO in processing/ renewing the visa of all staff including Managers and Directors.
• Clerical jobs such a doing letters requested by staff such as Employment certificate, Salary certificate and other Administrative letters supporting employees requests.
• Compile and update employees records related to their employment such as Passport, residence visa, Labour card expiry, salary details, increments, vacation pay and details, leave settlement and final settlement (soft and hard copies)
