For about a year my job was General Clerk, it focused on daily sales report, managing product releases, weekly product sales update, warranty cards' report, making certificate of ownerships and filling customer complaints. I am also in charge of preparing Invoices for Cash and Credit Sales, Delivery Receipt for product release and updating of Book of Accounts.
-For another 3 years I was assigned as Branch Cashier, my main task was to handle daily collection from walk-in and field officers, create daily balance sheet for the collection, my task also includes handling
the petty cash fund for the Branch Expenses, preparing weekly Disbursement reports, filling and compiling field Itineraries for DTR summary and also managing the Tipster's Commission release.
-Overall, there are several contributions and improvements I've done for the company like increasing data accuracy by implementing thorough quality checks and always double-checking work for errors.
Improving data processing time by using tools that can be significant to increase overall productivity. Lastly collaboration and communication, I actively engage with other team members and departments to better understand the context and purpose of the data I am working with. Effective communication with data providers, analysts, and managers can help clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities, resulting in more accurate and flawless output.

As an OJT I was assigned to various paperwork but only the simple ones, like data encoding, creating loan summaries and filling customer's data sheets. Although I haven't done much but I guess I contributed to company in terms of Data Handling, specially in Data security and confidentiality, as an OJT I am not assigned with much complicated task but the most important policy in a Bank facility is
to contribute to data security efforts by following established protocols and best practices. I was able to familiarize myself with data protection regulations and ensure compliance to safeguard personal or confidential data as I handle customer's data sheet.
