I was HIROS NFT's Discord role manager during 2022 Q1. Here are my tasks as the lead role manager: 

• Community engager
• Delegate tasks to 8 moderators
• Create copies for announcements, giveaways,  events, etc.
• Brainstorm ideas for future events
• Oversees the community channels for rule violations

During the span of a week, we've managed to increase the community engagements, memberships, and channel activities.
