● Perform developmental function in the office
● Assist in the implementation of training programs and services
● Assist in the conduct of events, forums, and meetings
● Provide technical assistance to cooperatives
● Prepare/draft internal and external documents (letters, news articles, and reports)
● Coordinate and liaise with LGUs and partners for cooperative development
● Serve as alternate secretariat for Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection
Board
● Serve as a member of the Inventory Committee
● Serves as a member of the Clearing House Committee
● Conduct evaluation and provide appropriate recommendations on the application of
registration of cooperatives
Performs other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
● Assist in the implementation and coordination of Small Enterprise and Technology
Upgrading Program (SETUP) and Grants-In-Aid (GIA) Program in the Province of
Laguna
● Assist in techno-transfer activities
● Prepare proposal for technical assistance, training and programs
● Process project proposals for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and
cooperatives in Laguna who are interested to avail of DOST–SETUP and GIA Program
and recommends approval and release of appropriate funds according to project
properties of established plans and programs
● Analyze and evaluate financial statements in preparation of financial projections of
SETUP and GIA clients
● Conduct Technology Needs Assessment of all SETUP Core and non-Core funded
projects
● Assist in the preparation of various documents needed in processing project
approval, funds releasing and liquidation.
● Manage checking and savings account withdrawals
● Verify and approve same branch withdrawals and on-us (same branch) check
encashment within the teller’s limit.
● Handle daily financial transactions in compliance with bank procedures and policies
● Perform and submit end of day balancing of various transactions.
● Prepare accounting entries for selected cash transactions.
● Prepare required reports (abstract of payments) and ticket for SSS, BIR, PhilHealth,
and other forms of payments.
● Provide assistance to customer inquiries and complaints
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
