Lead Generation and Email Marketing Internship

During my internship at LeadConnects, I honed my skills in lead generation, data scraping, and email marketing, working with industry-standard tools and platforms. I collaborated closely with the team to identify potential prospects, ensuring all data was efficiently compiled and organized. My role also involved crafting email campaigns and designing marketing materials to engage leads and drive conversions, contributing to the company’s client outreach strategy.

My sample activities includes:
Prospecting & Research: I utilized LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other online sources to identify potential leads. This involved thorough research to ensure prospects matched our target audience and fit our ideal customer profile.
Data Scraping & Tools Utilization: To streamline the lead collection process, I employed various data scraping tools such as Apollo.io, Wiza, RocketReach, and SalesQL. These tools enabled me to extract relevant contact information efficiently and accurately.
Lead Organization & Management: After gathering the necessary information, I compiled the data into well-structured Google Sheets. I ensured the tracker was clean and up-to-date, recording details such as lead names, positions, companies, contact information, and status in the outreach process.
Email Campaign Execution: Using MailChimp, I helped set up and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at nurturing these leads. This included creating personalized email templates, scheduling email blasts, and monitoring the performance of the campaigns.
Canva Design for Lead Engagement: As part of our lead engagement strategy, I received training in Canva to design visually appealing landing pages and opt-in boxes. These designs were instrumental in capturing attention and converting prospects into interested leads.
Through these tasks, I developed a strong foundation in lead generation and email marketing, while also gaining valuable experience in project management, data handling, and campaign execution.
