I graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University with a bachelor's in Travel Management. I primarily got into the Hospitality Industry and worked as a Front Office Agent for a year. The job gave me an opportunity to increase my ability to deal with different personalities and very challenging situations. I also have experience in Customer Service and currently working as an administrative staff in an insurance company. Lastly, I'm always ambitious, passionate, goal-oriented, good communicator and I can manage multiple tasks at once, learn new things, be creative, and go with new ideas.

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up events/meetings in an organized manner.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via e-mails, phone calls, and personal.
• Develop and update administrative system.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Provide support to Branch Manager, Financial Advisors, and other employees.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, chats and E-mails
