Creating a lesson plan is far different from learning US taxes. I strive hard to adapt quickly in a new environment. As a fruit of hard work, I have been awarded by the company as top agent during a tough Tax Season. Right now I am exploring the world of freelancing where I find it more fun and fulfilling than the corporate world. I'm hungry for growth. This company is a tax preparer company. As a virtual assistant, I am responsible for sending an invoice and reminding clients to pay the invoice by sending an email. I create email contents and social media contents. I create graphics for email cover and social media posting. I send and schedule mass emails. I handle increasing followers on FaceBook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok. I handle the CEO's calendar by scheduling meetings and reminding the events daily. I create and submit invoice reports.
-As a payroll specialist I am responsible for walking through and educating customers how to run/create payroll, including setting up an employee into the system. To ensure that employee's payroll is accurate, complete, and no issues with quarterly and year end form filings.
-As a payroll specialist, I also educate customers on how the taxes on the forms are calculated. How they can submit forms and payroll through direct deposit and E-services using the system.
-On top of that, as customer service representative, I am responsible for addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. I serve as the primary point of contact between Intuit and customers, providing support and guidance on a variety of issues. I am trained to communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat. I am knowledgeable about the company's products or services and am able to handle difficult customers with patience, professionalism to deliver correct resolutions to satisfied customers.
