Both the doctor and patient will receive a notification email 24 hours before the appointment, and the patient will receive an additional reminder 1 hour prior to the appointment.
In Calendly, once a time slot is booked and the appointment is confirmed, it becomes unavailable to other patients—unless the original appointment is canceled.
