Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto Tagnifi system using technical and financial knowledge.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness per company standards.
• Analyze data by comparing and examining latest financial reports to its previous financial reports to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.
• Capturing significant issues such as wrong mapping (entry) and miscalculations on the amounts or force balancing on the total reported amount.
• Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data per expected performance standard.
• Maximize usage of available tools/support to best advantage to maintain/ improve financial data quality during daily operations
Process sales and billing invoices from the suppliers (PO and Non- PO transactions) including the request for check preparation within company operations.
• Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
• Obtain proper information regarding invoice payments
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable),
• Communicate with different departments especially purchasing, marketing, operation and administration department.
• Process credit memos, travel vouchers, final pay, rental and expense reports.
• Record office expenditures and ensuring these are within the set budget and prepare checks.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices; recording entries.
• Reconciles payable balances with suppliers' Statement of Accounts
• Guarantee all vendor accounts are handled precisely and ensure accurate and complete information.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
