Hi, my name is Lady. I’ve been doing customer support, data entry, and back office work for almost 9 years. I have several years of experience providing administrative support to various departments and have gained valuable knowledge along the way.
I started to be interested in the freelancing industry year 2020 and luckily in 2021, I had my first role as a Virtual Assistant.

-Coordinate all aspects of member account services by serving as the primary point of contact and resource to resolve Rewards Club service concerns and make decisions in relation to point adjustments.
-Provide support to hotels for information via phone and email. Function as a central source of marketing information for both guest and hotel and act as liaison between member and hotel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Processed tickets and claims requests related to product and reward redemption processes which support customers from APAC and EMEA countries.
- Validates customers’ claims up to the fulfillment process in accordance with the identified validation process and the program's terms & guidelines.
