Since I was a working student way back in college, I had increased my sense of responsibility and independence since I need to pay for my own education. Despite the pressure that comes with juggling studies and a part-time job, I can still multi-task with a quality of work.
I've been in the BPO sector for about 5 years now, and I've honed my ability to interact with our clients. I responded with their appeals and query related to their business ads they run, especially in Facebook and refunded their transaction if needed.
I have enrolled in PRO VA course to learn more in freelancing. I have tried creating page and growing it into 462 followers & 48 likes in 1 week through organic way. I have run an ads for 7 days about home decor. It has 13, 278 post impressions, with 11, 136 post reach and 1, 442 post engagement. Also, I have sold a product in FB Market Place about an Underarm Whitening Scrub. I'm the one in charge of running the social media channels, not just to grow the audience but also to enhance revenue. With the help of my work experience, I was able to practice Social Media Marketing, social media posts, social media analytics, Canva editing, quality content creation, audience engagement, and ad development.
