As a dispatch specialist , I’m the one who will assist the needs of the taxi cab drivers and Receiving and process taxi service requests from customers via phone, mobile apps, or other communication channels. Identify and address any deviations from planned routes or delays, taking appropriate actions to maintain service quality.

Monitor and identify potentially fraudulent activities on credit card accounts. Implement security measures to protect customers and the organization from credit card fraud. Handle issues related to late payments, over-limit transactions, and other payment-related concerns. Analyze customers' credit history and financial situations to determine appropriate credit limits
