Spent six years primarily as a Customer Service Specialist and almost two years as a Workforce Analyst which has developed my work ethic, communication, technical, and analytical skills. As an analyst, my tasks are focused on reports preparation and data analysis such as, but not limited to, key performance indicators, service, and staffing level, I also handle real-time attendance and compliance monitoring and collaborate with operations to identify their reporting needs.
As an advocate, I cater to all our viewers’ concerns which normally focus on billing and streaming issues through chat and over the phone.
As a technical specialist, I provide technical assistance concerning the Google casting device – Chromecast. The role is mainly on troubleshooting all possible issues with casting from phones and computers through calls, chat, and email.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Full responsibility for managing the day-to-day accounts function ensuring Sage and Xero are accurate and up to date.
