My name is Kristin Faith Trinidad and I am 25 years old. I am an aspiring Social Media Manager. I worked in the BPO industry for 1 year in the past and it was my very first working experience. I resigned because I had a 2-year-old daughter then and working graveyard with a needy toddler was absolutely tough. I’ve decided to work from home right after that. I have been working from home for almost 4 years now. I started as an ESL teacher for a Japanese company in January 2019 and it was my very first work-from-home experience. I taught English for almost 3 years until I discovered the world of freelancing. I started working for an agency in May 2021 when a friend of mine who was working there referred me and luckily, I was hired. I still didn’t have my niche back then but I was lucky enough to be trained. Now, I am working as a Virtual Receptionist/Customer Representative for a Canadian client. However, I am very interested in focusing on a niche which I really like and which I believe will make me happy working for, and that is the Social Media Management.
