• Acts as the Junior Team Leader when handling email and chat support.
• Responsible for various customer issues depending on account assignment; tasks may be related to transaction processing, issue resolution, ensuring that department and customer needs are met, and assisting with special projects, as needed.
• Understanding client policies and guidelines, and making decisions based on them
• Identifying improvement opportunities in workflow and suggesting solutions • Liaising effectively with other internal and client teams
• Responds to the email on a timely manner and with extensive care due to privacy of the account
• Coordinates with the General Manager on the needed Administrative support.
• Prepares the draft circular for the residents to be approved by the General Manager.
• Prepares semi-monthly payroll of the employees.
• Prepares memorandum for due employees for reprimand actions.
• Prepares the government mandated deductions like SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR for payment of Accounting Dept
• Receive payments of residents for their association dues, utilities, and other incomes. Prepares the official receipts and acknowledgment for each payment.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
