The accounting software I am comfortable with includes QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Technology. Over the course of my experience, I have honed my skills in various areas including exceptional customer service, meticulous records management, precise data entry, effective problem-solving, organization, flexibility, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

QuickBooks navigation for bookkeeping tasks across three companies, including cleaning up company books and updating financial data in Google Sheets. Data entry for timesheets, expense reports, vendor and customer invoices, and other business transactions, with receipts and document organization via Google Drive. Posting relevant journal entries, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and performing bank reconciliations. Updating various reports such as job costing reports, profit and loss by job, company running balances, and other financial statements. Creating flowcharts to document the company’s SOP.
