• I am responsible for ensuring the smooth running of my supervisor's office. My duties include assisting in the organization of conferences, seminars, and meetings, including setting up video conferencing facilities such as Teams and Zoom. I also ensure that all correspondence and documents are properly drafted, prepared, and submitted within the deadlines.
• In addition, I support the preparation of presentation materials for meetings, workshops, and other events. I perform all activities related to technical coordination for events that are assigned by my supervisor. I manage our office files and records for both online (SharePoint) and physical files as required per audit.
• To ensure the efficient flow of documents and interactions within ADB divisions and other departments, including resident missions, I work closely with my supervisor and other team members. I process travel arrangements for my supervisor's mission travels, help process their visas, obtain their flights, and make other travel arrangements. I also create travel requests on behalf of my supervisors and submit their expense reports through SAP Concur.
• Teach English as second language to Chinese students through speaking, reading, and listening. I am also responsible for organizing coursework and the learning materials. I perform level tests and assess the students’ progress based on the provided guidelines through submission of reports.
• Issuance of Official Receipts, monitoring, and funding of the New Working Fund, and submitting daily reports to the head office were among my key responsibilities for this role. I also performed ad-hoc tasks assigned to me.
