My responsibility at this position is to prioritize and organize cases that are provided to me by service providers or clients. In addition to structuring, I also complete end-to-end tasks, which include approving the coverage and sending an email to the provider.
I handled Australian Insurance accounts for both home and auto during my prior position. I took calls from clients who wanted quotes for their homes and cars, as well as checked their registration to see if it was about to expire. I also took care of the necessary steps for them to obtain insurance, such as processing the pre-requisite.
As this is a Healthcare account, one of my duties on the job is to field calls from plan members, occasionally from providers. I processed prescription medication and checked the member's coverage. I informed current and potential members about the plan we provide and the enrollment procedure.
I answered incoming calls, dealt with consumer inquiries regarding online orders, tracked down the progress of such orders, distributed coupons, processed refunds, and occasionally helped clients process orders if they were unable to do so on their own.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
