I am an experienced Human Resources professional and Licensed Psychometrician with a strong background in administrative assistance, facilitation, customer service, and office management. I have nearly 8 years of experience as a Human Resource Management Officer II in the local government of Calauan, and I have also served as a Guidance Counselor at Canossa Academy.
In addition, I gained valuable experience working with C&S Finance Group LLC, where I was responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks. This role helped sharpen my attention to detail, multitasking, and client relations skills.
Outside my HR and administrative work, I also manage The Fix-It Factory, a gadget repair shop, where I serve as Social Media Manager. I handle content creation, social media strategy, customer inquiries, and promotional campaigns to grow the brand’s online presence.

Social Media Manager — The Fix-It Factory
Responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing online marketing strategies, engaging with customers, and driving brand awareness. Tasks include content planning, graphic design, caption writing, responding to inquiries, and running promotions to grow the business’s digital presence.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Manages the recruitment and selection process , including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates:
Maintain a play plan and benefits program that ensures competitiveness and provides motivation for employees; and
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Supervised overall Human Resource services in the municipality including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, compensation and benefits, and performance evaluation.
Acted as the liaison between the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the municipality's executive and legislative departments to implement civil service laws.
