• Provide human resources management support to the school head regarding on recruitment, selection, promotion and deployment of personnel.
• Monitor & record attendance of school personnel.
• Coordinate to government agencies on the implementation of policies and guidelines relevant to personnel.
• Compute & process applicable personnel benefits of employees.
• Coordinate regularly with the HRMO in the implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
• Keep an updated inventory of all supplies, materials, equipment, textbooks, and other learning resource materials.
• Provide assistance to other financial-related task of the schoolhead.
• Pre-audit liquidation report.
• Submit liquidation report for post-audit.
• Require school heads/principals to comply COA’s disallowances/suspension.
• Maintain subsidiary ledgers related to cash advances of accountable officers.
• Consolidate cash disbursement reports of clustered schools.
• Prepare and submit reports on monthly summary of cash advances, received liquidated and balances.
• Provide technical assistance to school heads in the preparation of liquidation reports.
• Prepare disbursement vouchers of initial and succeeding cash advances.
• Encode/post the release and liquidation of cash advance in the enhanced financial reporting system (EFRS) a software developed by the central office.
• Do other related accounting and bookkeeping tasks as maybe assign by School Division Superintendent.
• Monitor and maintain accrued vacation, sick, holiday and other types of employee leave; provide timely reporting to individual departments and employees.
• Draft Notice of Salary Increments of employees monthly.
• Compute salary differentials of employees based on NOSI and NOSA.
• Monitor and maintain records of leave credits of the PGIS employees.
• Issue Certificate of Employment of employees.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Track expenses, manage cash flow & create invoices.
