Hi! I'm Kristal from Philippines and I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2016.
I’ve worked as an HR Officer from my 2 previous companies where I learned general facets of HR, recruitment and training, employee relations, customer service and providing administrative support like encoding / organizing data, creating reports and updating records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Tools, etc. I have worked also as a Recruitment Consultant in Singapore for another 2 years, where I do full cycle of recruitment, business development and customer service through meeting sales targets.
With my experiences, I have been exposed to tools that I have been using in my career like Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Software, E-commerce Platforms and Social Media Management.
I'm outgoing and I really enjoy working with people. I also usually plan out my day to organize what I should do first. Moreover, I love to spend time and bond with my family during my free time. Currently, I'm helping to run our family business.

-Manages and oversees the entire restaurant operations
-Delivers superior and excellent customer service to ensure customers' satisfaction
-Plans new and update existing menus
-Plans and develops the overall restaurant marketing strategy
-Responds and resolve efficiently to customer questions and complaints
-Manages and lead staff; Hire new employees, training and evaluate staff performance
-Manages restaurant supplies: estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
-Control costs and minimize waste
-Nurture a positive working environment
-Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Handling overall customer inquiries, complaints and requests for refund/ replacement
Manages e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, Qoo10, Facebook and Instagram, checking messages in inbox
Updating records and reports for the marketing team
-Handles recruitment and selection of potential candidates for respective positions given by clients.
-Conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates.
-To market suitable candidates to certain companies with a position.
-Business Development: Performing cold calls, opening and developing new accounts and client visiting.
-Provide prompt and professional service to existing clients.
-Provide professional advice to candidates on their career directions and options.
-Place advertisements for positions given by clients and attend to the respondents.
-Meet sales targets and submit reports at the end of the month.
-Manages end-to-end recruitment process.
-Preparation of contracts, reports, memos and organizing 201 files.
-Handles timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
-Handles processing of claims of government mandated benefits (SSS Salary Loans, Sickness Notification and Reimbursement, Pag-ibig Loans)
-Organizes and hosting employee programs and events (Christmas Party and Employee relations programs)
- Enforces and maintains HR-related policies and procedures
-Monitors performance evaluation of employees.
-Assists with HR Manager in Labor Relations and concerns
-Maintains 201 filing and HR system up to date
-Creates and discusses memorandums
-Analyzing attendance rate and turnover rate.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
