I've been working in the BPO sector for the past two years, and this vocation has given me the opportunity to change my life. It has taught me how to accomplish tasks with great care and profundity, always keeping the reputation of our firm intact while keeping the customer's welfare in mind. It shaped me and sharpened my critical thinking and communication abilities in the most beautiful way, ensuring that I will be able to address most, if not all, of the customers' worries. Provide technical and network problem resolution to customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. TSR will also make sure to clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner as well as perform related work as required.
