As a Concierge Officer in a commercial building, my role is to provide exceptional customer service to all the tenants and guests of the building including but not limited to:

1. Welcoming and assisting tenants and guests. I am responsible in welcoming and assisting the tenants and guests to the building, including directing them to the appropriate offices, answering questions about the building, and providing general assistance.

2. Managing Building Access. I am responsible in registering and controlling access to the building, including verifying the identity of guests, providing access cards or QR code, and ensuring the building's security measures are followed.

As a Property Officer for multiple sites, my role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential estates including but not limited to:

1.Tenant Relations. I was responsible for managing tenant relations, addressing tenant concerns and feedback, and ensuring tenant satisfaction by resolving their concerns to the best of my ability.

2. Vendor Management. I was responsible for managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers who provide services to the property such as security officers, cleaners, gardeners, aircon technician, swimming pool technician, plumbers, etc.

5. Contribution Collection. I was responsible for collecting maintenance contribution payments from tenants and chasing overdue payments.

6. Budget Management. I was responsible for managing budgets for property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and estate improvements.

7. Financial Reporting. I was responsible of preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

8. Record Keeping. I was responsible of updating and organising the contracts, licenses, quotations, invoices, statement of account, receipts, and proposals for the estate.

7. Daily inspection. We are responsible of conducting daily inspection in common areas to ensure that the facilities and equipment of the estate are in good condition. Any defects found will be reported to the management.
