• Manage Accounts Receivable by collecting, analyzing and matching deposits
• Maintaining client’s books by daily categorizing bank and credit card transactions
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information such as bank statements, checks, client provided reports and other similar information.
• Summarizes current financial status by preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Manage the set-up of billing for new clients.
• Maintaining the customer profile in the system.
• Conduct customer risk assessment and monitor credit exposure & release processing
• Process various types of collection from customers, such as but not limited to post matched receipts, follow up on disputed items, queries, and issues, communicate & coordinate with relevant parties
• Deal with various sales securities issues & escalate to management as required
• Credit limit review for major customers and general trade
• Report trade receivables and factoring
• Forecasting of payments and orders
• Manages all movements of incoming documents through established procedures or standards.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of supplier invoices, petty cash voucher, tax invoices, accounts payables and receivables related documents, with its supporting and input in the appropriate sales system.
