I just want to share with you a brief summary of who I am and what I can do.
I am very motivated, hardworking, and I like to complete tasks on time. In addition to meeting my client's needs, I am proud to say that I never had an attendance or employment issue.
For a brief overview of my background, I worked for 7 years in Human Resources in a bank's Recruitment department. I've worked well locally and had several meetings with business partners in Malaysia, India and UK.
Afterward, I decided to switch environments and to break free of my comfort zone, so I entered the BPO industry where I mostly communicate with customers through email, and I've done so for two years now with US-based clients adhering to their time zone.
From then until now, I have been recognized several times as one of the top members of the team. Mostly for having the best customer service ratings, highest show-up rate, perfect attendance and quality work.
Right now, I am seeking growth, so I want to maximize what I really can do. Due to the fact that I know I can do better than what I am currently doing, I have attended several trainings to upskill.
With great optimism, I always believe that if a mind can tell that it is possible then definitely, the body will just follow and make it happen.
