Records purchase orders and sales invoice using Microsoft Excel. Prepares summary of purchase orders and sales invoice per company. Process orders and records inventory of products. Manages incoming email and sends/outgo email through Gmail.

Manages Gmail or MS Outlook mail. Prepares Disbursement Vouchers as to payroll, travel claims, reimbursements, etc. Prepares summary of attendance of activities of the personnel using Google Sheet. Send or outgo email using Gmail or MS Outlook mail.
