· Assists the manager in a variety of administrative duties such as bakeshop cost of sales, sales performance, promo monitoring and monthly reports.
· Prepares incentive program to achieve store target to motivate and reward the employees. o Responsible for checking and replying to all the emails in line with the reports. o Assist the Restaurant Manager in Interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff.
