a phrase often used as a limitation, but for me, it reflects resilience, versatility, and continuous growth. Over the years, I’ve learned to embrace my diverse skills and experiences as strengths rather than shortcomings. With a background in psychology, I value introspection and self-awareness, which helps me recognize areas for improvement while building on my strengths.
Becoming a breadwinner at nineteen taught me responsibility and what it truly means to navigate the real world. My early years in the BPO industry came with challenges, including burnout, but also gave me invaluable exposure to working with clients across diverse industries. I learned to focus on what I can control, remain grounded, and treat every piece of feedback as an opportunity to improve. Most importantly, I take pride in delivering results that go beyond expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
Today, while pursuing my studies in psychology, I continue to see my wide range of skills and interests as an advantage. Being multifaceted allows me to adapt, learn quickly, and contribute in many different ways. I see this not as a curse, but as a blessing — one that equips me to thrive in whatever path I choose.
