Hi! I’m Kriselle Ilag, and I’ve built a strong background in customer service, social media, and sales. I hold a Diploma in Social Media Marketing, which helps me blend creativity with strategy in everything I do.
Right now, I work as a Sales Retail Consultant at Optus and a Customer Communications Specialist at Puratap, where I’ve learned how to understand people’s needs, manage different systems, and keep things running smoothly even in fast-paced environments. Before that, I worked as an Executive Assistant at Cyberbacker, handling real estate coordination, lead management, and social media campaigns. That experience taught me how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and deliver results under pressure.
I’m adaptable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new tools or processes. I love improving systems, helping people, and finding better ways to get things done.
During my free time, you’ll usually find me hiking, cooking, or playing an instrument. Those things keep me grounded, creative, and recharged.
