I've been in the hospitality and customer service industry for the past 4 years from the time I started my small clothing business until the time I affiliated myself to work as a hotelier. I learned how passionate I am about providing services to guests/ clients. I learned to understand their needs and go the extra mile to provide customer delight through the services I provide.

Furthermore, as a frequent social media user, I'd love to nurture the knowledge of understanding of how this platform can be used as an aid for business growth and proper market saturation.
