As a Service Associate, my main responsibility is to ensure excellent customer service at every interaction. Aside from handling front-line service, I also support team operations by keeping records updated, monitoring customer feedback, and helping maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
As a Graphic Designer, my main responsibility is to create visual materials that effectively communicate the brand’s message. I handle everything from designing social media content, marketing materials, and website graphics to ensuring all visuals are consistent with the brand identity. I also collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into creative visuals that attract and engage the audience. Part of my role is to stay updated with design trends and make sure every output meets both creative and business goals.
As a Social Media Manager, my main responsibility is to manage and grow the brand’s presence across different social media platforms. I handle content planning, scheduling, and posting while making sure everything aligns with the brand’s tone and goals. I also track performance metrics, engage with the audience, and analyze what type of content works best. Part of my role is to collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and sales. I always make sure our social media strategy stays current with trends and platform updates.
