• Provide assistance to Centurylink Customers via phone and performing troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting Email concerns and phone devices
• Analyzing the case and resolve the case and create ticket dispatch team
• Analyzing case trends for possible outages and provide the information to dispatch department
• Provide first line of assistance to AOL email clients via chat and phone.
• Helping customers to resolve email server problems, devices and connection issue.
• Provide assistance to customers via call or chat about computer concerns and help do troubleshooting.
• Suggest a package or plan for our Tier 2 Tech team in case the problem is beyond the scope.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Will likely be tasked with product, supplier, discount, and competitor research.
