My primary responsibility is to provide administrative support and assist with daily operations. I perform various tasks such as organizing files and documents, managing schedules, answering phones, and responding to inquiries from the public. I also assist with the preparation and dissemination of reports, memos, and other written materials, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and timely. In my role, I prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. I am proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office and can learn and navigate new systems and databases as needed. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills are essential in my job as I work with a diverse range of people and stakeholders, both within and outside the government office. Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and complying with relevant policies and regulations. Overall, as an administrative aide, I play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the government office.
I manage a Facebook account for my client during the campaign period of the 2022 elections. My responsibilities include creating and curating content, monitoring and responding to social media activity, and analyzing social media metrics to identify trends and insights. I am also responsible for managing paid social media advertising campaigns and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Ultimately, my job is to create a strong social media presence for my client, build relationships with my audience, and build the identity of our team through social media channels.
I worked for a client engaged in art business. I create visually stunning designs and layouts of invitations and other print materials using my expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Canva. Aside from this, I also manage their Facebook Page to boost their business. I am responsible for organizing content calendar, posting, monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments, analyzing social media metrics to improve engagement and brand awareness, and collaborating with other teams to execute social media campaigns. I make sure that the social media content is up to date to the trends and represents the brand and its vision.
