As a logistics staff, I was in charge of scheduling the arrival of the container vans, tankers, etc. Coordinating with the marketing and the 3rd party trucking was part of my daily duties. I also oversee the loading of products into the said trucks, loading into drums, flexibags, and bags depending on the type of product and customer preference. Monitoring and maintaining stocks of the packaging materials was my responsibility as well. Forecasting the incoming orders against the lead times of the
suppliers is very important. On October 2021, I was given the task of developing our
department’s ISO and SOPs. This was crucial because it was be submitted for the
certification of the plant for HACCP and GMP which was scheduled for December
2021 and certified on January 2022.

As a procurement, staff it is my responsibility to purchase the necessary supplies for the hospital. I will receive the purchase requests from the different departments of the hospital and order the items accordingly. It is also part of my job to locate suppliers with competitive prices but do not compromise on quality. If needed I will also personally pick up the items from the suppliers. The supplies that I purchase range from hospital equipment and supplies to office supplies, and even
construction materials. In addition to that, I also receive and check the delivered items
from the suppliers together with the warehouse and supply department. We make sure
that all the items are correct and complete.

My main responsibility is to ensure that the items being sold comply with the policies and prohibitions given by Amazon. I am also building price-lists for the company. The suppliers provide the list of items and details which I compare to the items that are sold on Amazon.com and input the corresponding data that is required for the price list. I was also assigned to respond to customer complaints for a brief period, dealing with return and replacement of products bought.
