I'm a 21 yrs old, you can call me Kimi. I'm a graduate of ABM Senior High School in ACT-IEF. Mostly with my free time, I'd like to watch videos about how to cook any kind of food as I like to cook and love to eat and sometimes, I also read fiction and watch dramas.
I've been in the BPO Industry for more than a year, I started working due to the Covid to help my sister with the expenses in the house. With my working experience I could say that I'm definitely a diligent person and I always finish my work ahead of time or on time. I believe in my abilities to execute instructions and deliver the skilled and competent work that is expected of me.

There are mainly a lot of task for this job as a claims specialist which I cant disclose, but the general idea of what I did in this job was to help customer make a claim or a dispute on their transaction history if there's something that they don't recognize in their own financial statements, aside from that, help them try to recover their funds from the merchant that did not made the service that the customer paid.
