I’m Kimberly Salenga, 29 years old. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism. I had the chance to complete my on-the-job training in the United States of America as a retail associate where I gained my experience in proper communication, customer service, email management, data gathering, and so much more. I have 5 years of experience in the BPO industry as a CSR and sales coach, where I developed strong customer service skills, including communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. I also worked as a Outbound Sales Agent where in it improved my ability to push myself more under pressure. I consistently exceeded targets, received positive feedback for my ability to meet deadlines and work independently. I strive to provide high-quality work, excellent communication, and dependability while maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with my clients.
