I have 6 years working experience in the BPO Industry. I was an Inbound Customer Service Agent for my first year then transferred to Outbound Sales Retention Agent in my second year. In 2018, I got promoted as Fraud Analyst wherein I developed and enhance my skills in administrative support, data analysis and email management.

Ensure that the account and LOBs are free from and review any fraudulent behaviors by auditing activities such as call records and attendance records. Risks and suspicious behaviors must be escalated and release investigation findings to operations and stakeholders for review. Valid findings will be subjected to administrative hearing where the analyst who escalated the callout will conduct interview against the employee and provide final recommendation
Do outbound calls to customers with expired and about to expire accounts. Existing customers must be convinced to stay on the service while customers with expired accounts must be convinced to go back to service by providing promotions and other new services and features
Receive and assist customers regarding account concerns as well as welcome new clients and offer long time services to keep them for a long period of time. Provide solutions to critical and complicated concerns to ensure customer satisfaction in the service.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
