Hi, I’m Kimberly Bañares, but you can call me Kim. I am 24 years old and based in Cebu City, Philippines. With 5 years of professional experience in the BPO industry, I have built a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and effective communication.

For 3 years, I worked as a Healthcare Advisor, assisting providers with insurance claims, where I honed my attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with care. Later, I transitioned to a Senior Frontline Support role for 2 years, helping customers with their orders and complaints, further sharpening my skills in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Now, I am excited to bring my expertise to the virtual assistant field. To better understand my role and expand my skills, I enrolled in ProVa, a platform that offers courses and helps professionals define their niches.
