As a Technical Support Specialist, main functions and responsibilities are the following:
- Assist in general computer and software troubleshooting in head office and branches; Perform the following tasks among others:
- Assist in the isolation and resolution of problems involving desktops and branch servers and printers (line and passbook).
- Install software using authorized media on bank-owned computers only, as required
- Assist in the preparation of service units.
- Assigned in the setup of a new branch and ensure all network connections, computers and software/systems are working before the branch opening.
- Perform telephone assistance and/or on-call service to all users re items in No. 1.
- Liaison with service providers re problems referred, providing required service information, for warranty claims, contracted service requirements, etc.
- Perform other work/functions as required
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
