• Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure the plane is safe.
• Show safety and emergency measures such as the use of oxygen mask, seat belt, and exit doors.
• Welcome passengers, verify their tickets, and direct them to their seats.
• Offer information and support for safety and comfort to the passengers.
• Make and serve beverages and food to passengers.
• Respond to passengers inquiry about flights, routes and arrival times.
• Go to pre- flight briefings and study all details about the flight.
• Lead passengers to safety incase of an emergency and give first aid if necessary.
• Offer support to passengers with special needs including children, disabled people, or elders.
• Prepare analytical reports concerning flight issues.
• Investigate forgery and theft within customer’s account and transactions on behalf of a bank or financial institution.
• Track and monitor the bank’s transactions and activity that comes through the customer’s accounts.
• Identify and trace any suspicious or high-risk transactions, determine if there is a improper activity involved, and determine if there is any risk to the bank or its customers.
• Schedule, modify and cancel basic reservations for assigned customers via phone while optimizing each contact with customers by up-selling additional call features.
• Register new customers for schedule conference calls while following all reservations scripting to ensure quality and consistency.
• Implement new accounts and owner profile for current customers, as assigned.
• As assigned, set up conference calls for assigned companies.
• Interpret the clients needs while providing additional services, if needed.
• Build and maintain a successful relationship with all customers internal and external. Assist the customers by answering basic questions regarding products and processes while escalating the issue if it cannot be resolved at the employee’s level.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
