-Guides/walks HCP’s (Healthcare Professionals) through downloading, installing, and registering processes, which may include the use of following verbal instructions.
-Responds to emails, SMS, and phone calls from HCPs, Healthcare Facility Administrators, Decision Makers etc., and identify the type of assistance they need (EG. walkthru and registration, billing and payments, shift details, shift cancellation, etc.)
-Delivers information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with HCPs & partner Facility.
-Manages and confirms shifts.
-Sends out reminders of scheduled shifts.
-Assists in shift cancellation and replacement.
-Assists in shift fulfillment.
-Performs other administrative tasks when required.
-Completes the documentation necessary to track HCP/Facility issues and -facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
-Fosters long-term relationships with past and potential HCP/Facility partners.
Cold calling to all home owners who are interested in selling their properties and set appointment to our manager to offer the final price of their property.
For B2B Sales Executive, we are calling all IT & HR managers to CEO of foreign companies in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia to offer IT and HR solutions like Salesforce, SAP, Verint, Google Demand, Redhat, ABM Digital, VMware, Okta and etc. For Outbound Sales Rep. we are doing a cold calling on every restaurant to ask on what type of POS(Point of sales brand) they are using for survey.
