Hi, my name is Kerr, and I have been married in the BPO industry for over 7 years now. My experience with the call center industry has brought me success and failures, but those cannot compare to the feeling of helping consumers in the best way I could. Apart from my job, I also express myself by editing photos/images by using apps (e.g. canva, and Picsart). It gives me the opportunity to showcase my creativity and express the exact thing which is going on in my mind.
