I started my career in the BPO industry as an agent. I worked hard for two years and was promoted to team leader. I was responsible for leading a team of agents and ensuring that they met their targets. I also had to resolve any customer issues that they had. I enjoyed my time as a team leader and learnt a lot about people management.
