I'm deeply passionate about video editing and graphic design—what started as a hobby quickly turned into a career pursuit. In my free time, I enjoy exploring creative techniques, watching sci-fi films, and staying active through fitness. I've been consistently going to the gym for the past six months, driven by a commitment to self-improvement and personal growth.
Professionally, I bring nearly three years of experience in the customer service industry, having worked at iQor. During my time there, I was promoted twice—first to Subject Matter Expert, where I served for seven months, and later to Real-Time Analyst. These roles sharpened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and gave me a strong foundation in team coordination and performance monitoring.
Now, I’m fully focused on freelancing, where I can align my creative passion with meaningful work. I’m enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and always eager to learn new tools and techniques to grow as a video editor and graphic designer. Whether it’s creating compelling visuals or bringing stories to life through video, I’m excited to collaborate and make an impact.

Teaching newly hired representatives and giving them the best possible resolution for customers' concerns.
Managing the site such as monitoring agents about their status onsite and doing internal/external reports for the leaders.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
