I am the first point of contact for the guests. I mainly responsible for warmly greeting guest as they arrive in the restaurant, managing waitlists, reservation and guiding the guests to their tables. Answers phone call and provide accurate information about the restaurant. Typically assist the Gen Manager in overseeing the operations and handling
customer concerns.
Greeting the visitors, doing administrative tasks like scanning, fax, answering emails and basically managing front desk operations. Forward incoming call to appropriate staff member and handling queries and complains via phone call, email and general correspondence
Ensuring that our products and processes meet established quality standards. I inspect, tests, and monitor materials and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Documents inspection results and maintains accurate record in our database. Assist in identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
